Easy
Can be used to move an ally/allies 5 feet into any free space during the movement phase without incurring any negative penalties. Same as Rally/Demoralize skill, including use of a Communication or Play Instrument skill, except can move 1 ally per success (1-25% = 1 ally, 26-50% = 2 allies, etc.). The character cannot use this ability on themselves and any one ally can only be moved 5 feet.
