This skill allows the character the ability to give either +5% to all attacks, +5% to all parries, or +5% to any particular save (vs. CON, DEX, etc.) for the designated ally/allies during the 10 segments following use of this skill. The effect must be designated when the skill use is declared, although specific allies need not be selected until it takes affect. Same as Rally/Demoralize skill, including use of a Communication or Play Instrument skill, except can affect one ally per success- which is every increment of 10% (1-10% = 1 ally, 11-20% = 2 allies, etc.). The character cannot use this ability on themselves and any one ally can only be affected one time per round.
